Halloween Costume

In mid-September Ric received an e-mail asking for help. The sender needed dimensions for the Navy Mark V helmet. He wanted to make a plastic helmet which would be light enough to wear all evening. The top was made from a 14" Chinese commercial fishing buoy and the breastplate was fabricated from a sump pump basin. The weights on the weight belt are wood blocks. The top has green lights in it to give a spectral look to the costume ala Scooby Doo.
