ORDERING: Orders are accepted by U.S Mail, telephone, and e-mail. Phone orders can be placed on weekdays between 7am & 2pm CST or ONLINE ORDERING Right Now!

SHIPPING: All merchandise is F.O.B. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In stock items will ship within a few days contingent on payment arrangements. Invoices with out of stock items will be held until a complete shipment can be made unless otherwise requested by the customer. All items shipped via Ground Service, unless otherwise specified... Delivery times will depend on carrier and delivery type selected. All domestic shipments are by UPS or U.S. Mail unless an alternate shipper is requested by the customer. UPS next day, second day, and Saturday delivery are available. Overseas orders will be handled by U.S. Mail Parcel Post, U.P.S., or a freight forwarder.

PAYMENT: Domestic orders: For domestic orders DESCO accepts payment by check, Mastercard, Visa, or by UPS COD.

International orders: Preferred payment for overseas orders is by bank wire transfer. Master Card or Visa are also accepted by arrangement. International orders paid by check will be held until the check clears our bank.

REFUSALS:   All refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
